1/2 cup toasted white sesame seed. 1/3 cup dashi (Japanese soup stock) or water 4 teaspoons Kikkoman Soy Sauce 2 teaspoons sugar 2 pounds spinach
Instructions
In blender, puree sesame seed, dashi, soy sauce and sugar at high speed until creamy. Blanch spinach; squeeze out excess water and cut into 1 1/2-inch lengths. Mix gently with sesame seed mixture.
