2 cups extra virgin olive oil 1/4 cup fresh thyme leaves Zest of 2 Meyer lemons 4 cups mixed fresh herb leaves, such as basil, parsley and cilantro 1/2 cup lemon juice 1/4 cup Kikkoman Soy Sauce
Instructions
Heat olive oil with thyme and lemon zest just until thyme bubbles. Cool, strain and puree oil with fresh herbs, lemon juice and soy sauce.
Drizzle over avocado halves or chilled poached shrimp.
