Soy-sherry Synergy Dressing
Ingredients (Yield: 1 quart)
2 cups olive oil1 cup sherry vinegar
3/4 cup Kikkoman Soy Sauce
1/3 cup Dijon mustard
black pepper
Instructions
Whisk together olive oil, vinegar, soy sauce and mustard; season with black pepper.Use to dress salads with sturdy greens such as romaine lettuce, watercress or arugula.
