Ingredients
(Yield: 24 (2-ounce) servings)
2 cups sour cream
1 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup Kikkoman Teriyaki Marinade & Sauce
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons minced cilantro
2 tablespoons minced basil
2 tablespoons minced shallots
2 teaspoons minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 3/4 cups mayonnaise
2 tablespoons lemon juice, or to taste
Instructions
Combine all ingredients except mayonnaise and lemon juice in container of electric blender; blend 30 seconds. Whisk into mayonnaise in bowl to blend thoroughly. Season with lemon juice; mix thoroughly. Cover and refrigerate. Allow at least 1 hour for flavors to blend. (Yield: about 6 cups)
