Ingredients
(Yield: 3 quarts)
1 quart water
3 cups Worcestershire sauce
2 cups light corn syrup
2 cups distilled white vinegar
1 3/4 cups Kikkoman Less Sodium Soy Sauce
1 cup grapefruit juice
1 cup tomato paste
1/2 cup molasses
1 pound raisins
10 ounces pitted dates
2 serrano chiles, coarsely chopped
2 tablespoons grated orange peel
1 tablespoon grated lemon peel
1 tablespoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoons ground allspice
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
Mix all ingredients in large pot. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes, stirring often. Purée in blender; strain. Cover and refrigerate up to 2 weeks. Serve with steak, burgers and ribs.
