1 ounce Paul Beau V.S.O.P Cognac
½ ounce Mandarin Napoleon
½ ounce lemon juice
½ ounce Amaro Averna
¼ ounce Morris Kitchen ginger Ale
¼ ounce orange juice
¼ teaspoon Kikkoman Soy Sauce
Combine all ingredients in cocktail shaker with ice.Shake then strain into a chilled Collins glass filled with ice.Garnish with half an orange wheel.
