Ingredients
3 pounds sweet potatoes
1 tablespoon olive oil
salt and pepper
1/4 cup Kikkoman Soy Sauce
2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
Instructions
Cut sweet potatoes into wedges; toss with olive oil. Place in roasting pan; season with salt and pepper. Roast in 400 degree oven about 30 minutes or until tender. Drizzle with soy sauce and vinegar; roast 5 minutes more or until lightly browned.
