Ingredients

1 3/4 pounds fresh pineapple
2/3 cup Kikkoman Ponzu Citrus Seasoned Soy Sauce & Dressing
1 cup shredded napa cabbage
1 cup diced red bell pepper
1/2 cup diced red onion
1/3 cup chopped cilantro
1/3 cup chopped Thai basil
1/3 cup crushed cashews
1/4 cup chopped scallions
1 1/2 tablespoons minced fresh ginger
1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and minced
Salt and pepper
Instructions
Peel and core pineapple; cut into 1/4-inch slices. Grill until golden brown on both sides. Cut pineapple into small dice, fold in remaining ingredients. Season with salt and pepper. Refrigerate, covered, at least 2 hours.
